Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for A/P, Billing Processing Specialist opportunities in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities for a A/P, Billing Processing Specialist include but are not limited to:

Process bill pay transactions, payment operations, and account reconciliation activities

Perform bookkeeping functions including account balancing, posting, and financial record maintenance

Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports including transaction summaries, cash flow, and budget variance reporting

Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payment processing

Support onboarding activities including account setup, bill tracking, and payment system configuration

Candidates for A/P, Billing Processing Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Bookkeeping, billing support, or payment operations experience

Experience with 3-way match (invoice, approval, payment)

Experience producing reports (monthly cycles)

Tools used (Xero, Excel, Syft)

Financial services or accounting support background

Strong experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting

High attention to detail with risk and control awareness

Client servicing and vendormunication experience

Ability to manage financial documentation in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $30.00-$35.00/HOUR

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
