Title: Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Operations Manager
Summary:
- Seeking a Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Operations Manager with experience managing AP/PTP operations, global teams, vendor setup, invoice processing, disbursements, escalations, and SLA-driven processes in a shared services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day PTP/AP operations and distributed teams
- Oversee vendor setup, invoice processing, payments, and disbursements
- Handle escalations, workload management, onboarding, and training
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and compliance
- Support ERP/automation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
Must-Have Skills:
- 25+ years of AP/PTP operations and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes
- Experience managing high-volume operations in a global/shared services environment
- Advanced Excel , PowerPoint , Visio , and OneNote skills
Nice to Have:
- SAP, Ora_cle Fusion, or Ariba experience
- ERP implementation or automation project exposure
- Experience with 1099s and global operations.
