Senior Accountant
We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a collaborative accounting team supporting a multi-entity operation. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting close processes, and driving continuous improvement across accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
Analyze balance sheet accounts and support proper application of accounting policies
Assist with quarterly and year-end reporting requirements, including audit support
Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
Contribute to consolidation processes and preparation of financial statements and disclosures
Support special projects and serve as a point of contact for accounting-related initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within current workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
Strong understanding of financial reporting and close processes
Experience with ERP systems and general ledger functions
Advanced Excel skills required; exposure to tools like Power BI or similar is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
