Payroll Manager

We are looking to assist our client with a fantastic Payroll Manager. The payroll manager will have 10 + years of high-volume, fast-paced working environment exposure. This is a top corporate client with several thousand employees. Responsibilities and Requirements: Lead a small team of payroll professionals with biweekly and weekly payroll Experience accurate, timely, and compliant processing of weekly union and non-union payrolls Experience with general journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Performs quarterly review of W2 wage information to ensure all related benefits, and state and local taxes Responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings 4 year college degree. Prior experience with UKG system software. Prior experience with Viewpoint Vista is required. Certified Payroll Professional or related certificates are highly recommended.
