You'll be: Supporting the FieldTack group, primarily in the transportation technology area Generating and analyzing reports, including consumer mileage and fuel usage variances Reviewing odometer variance reports, identifying discrepancies, and making necessary data corrections (such as state abbreviations and fuel/mileage data) Performing extensive data edits, particularly during busy periods and quarterly closes Running, reviewing, and analyzing regular and ad hoc reports, documenting required data changes (including O25 edits) Receiving, organizing, and preparing paper trip sheets for storage, which may require lifting boxes up to 25 lbs This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (Associate's degree in accounting or a related financial discipline preferred) Possess 5-7 years of financial and/or accounting experience, particularly with large data sets Are proficient in advanced Excel functions and comfortable with Outlook, Adobe, and Snipping Tool Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive during high-volume periods and deadlines Can commit to in-office work at least 2 days per week and full weeks during quarterly close periods Contract Position: This is a contract role scheduled to run through April 20, 2027.
