We are looking for an accounts payable specialist on a permanent hire basis.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume AP invoices accurately and on time

Manage vendor communications and resolve invoice discrepancies

Perform weekly check runs and electronic payments

Assist with month-end close related to AP

Maintain and update vendor records

Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies

Must-Have Qualifications:

3-5 years of dedicated, hands-on Accounts Payable experience

Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP

Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Experience using Bill.com

Background in manufacturing or retail environments
