Step into a high-impact seat Touch everything : revenue, fixed assets, AP, cash/treasury, audit extremely well-rounded exposure Opportunity to leave your fingerprints drive automation, improve close timelines, optimize processes Mature, stable environment Highly collaborative, cross-functional role partner with Ops, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance Direct exposure to leadership Controller, CFO, and CEO are accessible and hands-on Entrepreneurial mindset inside a stable org backed by PE but still nimble and forward-thinking No micromanagement trusted to own your work and operate independently Responsibilities of Accounting Manager: Monthly revenue reporting Manage and oversee the AP team, review AP invoices, issue payments, maintain relationships with consolidated bills vendors Maintain high volume fixed asset module, record monthly depreciation and disposals Month end general ledger account reconciliations Administer travel expense software, approve employee expenses, review and post monthly transactions to the general ledger Sales and tax reporting Annual issuance of 1099s Supports annual audit Departmental support for Operations, Real Estate, Marketing & Finance teams Increase department efficiency with a focus on expediting month end close Must be willing to be in person at the Corporate HQ 3-4 days per week Ad Hoc projects as assigned by management Preferred Qualifications of Accounting Manager: Bachelors degree in accounting 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of accounting principles Must be technically proficient in Excel Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various internal and external teams with a proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and inspire collaboration and action #LI-GW1 #LI-Hybrid #INMAY2026 EB-...
