Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a high-volume AR function and drive performance across credit, collections, and cash application operations. Manufacturing background strongly preferred with ability to commute to Clearwater, FL daily. Compensation: $90k-$100k Location: Clearwater, FL (onsite Monday-Thursday, flexible Fridays) Duration: Direct-hire Day to Day: Team leadership manage and develop a team of 11 (including 2 supervisors), driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement AR operations oversight lead end-to-end receivables including customer onboarding, credit evaluation, collections, and cash application Credit & risk management assess creditworthiness, set/adjust limits, manage holds/releases, and mitigate financial exposure Collections strategy monitor aging, DSO, and collection effectiveness; resolve escalations and reduce past-due balances Cash application & reconciliation ensure accurate and timely payment posting, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close Reporting & analytics deliver AR insights including aging, DSO trends, and bad debt; drive data-backed process improvements Systems & process improvement act as SME for Oracle EBS and High Radius; identify automation and efficiency opportunities Cross-functional partnership collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to support working capital and customer experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including at least 4 years managing supervisors or leading a multi-functional AR team Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or promotional products environment strongly preferred Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (AR module) required; experience with High Radius or a comparable collections and cash application platform strongly preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
