Coordinator I, Receivables & Reconciliations

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Coordinator to manage financial processes including accounts receivable, bank statement reconciliation, and supporting balance sheet reconciliation reviews. This role ensures timely and accurate recording of incoming payments, reviews financial records for consistency, and assists in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel)
  • Must have strong analytical skills with an aptitude for working with numbers
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • Two or more years related work experience
  • Experience in an intercollegiate athletic environment
