As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of Firm partners, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding payments from clients. You will also have the chance to work with a team whose defining characteristics are exceptional client service, initiative, professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster positive relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Provide reports, analyses, and recommendations to partners
• Serve as a point of contact for clients on payment inquiries and disputes
• Collaborate with billing and other administrative teams to address billing inquiries and disputes
• Utilize financial systems and software to track collections and generate reports
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and statuses
• Regularly reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
• Meet collection targets and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in collections
• Knowledge of data analysis and use of PowerBI preferred
• Experience with collections software a plus
