Payroll Manager

A growing organization in the Lehigh Valley is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and oversee all payroll operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
• Oversee payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Administer payroll systems .
• Reconcile payroll accounts, deductions, benefits, and tax filings
• Manage year-end processes including W-2s, 1099s, and audits
• Supervise and mentor payroll staff (if applicable)
• Partner with HR and Finance to improve payroll procedures and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Sage and ADP a plus
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• CPP certification a plus
