CPA

We're working with a global health and wellness company on a confidential search for a CPA to lead their accounting team. This person will report directly to the CEO and oversee all financial operations including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit coordination. It’s a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the company’s financial integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and oversee financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows
  Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles
• Manage annual budgeting and financial forecasting
• Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions
• Supervise accounting staff and manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Oversee tax compliance and partner with tax advisors
• Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and reporting
• Identify cost-saving and operational improvement opportunities

WHAT YOU BRING

• CPA license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP or IFRS
• Proven leadership in financial reporting, analysis, and audit prep
• Skilled with accounting software and financial modeling tools
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a high-accountability role with direct CEO visibility
