Staff Accountant - Commercial Property

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience handling full-cycle property accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closings

• Strong proficiency with Yardi software (required)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and service providers

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

• Solid grasp of GAAP principles and the ability to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or variances
