Location: 5 days onsite in West Rancho Dominguez, CA
Compensation: Base salary of up to $175k + performance-based Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

What You'll Do:

• Lead all accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
• Be the go-to expert for ASC 606 revenue recognition, ensuring full compliance and accurate reporting for our contracts.
• Manage and mentor a small, dedicated accounting team.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Partner with operational leaders to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle tax filings and work with external auditors.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience as a Controller or a similar financial management position.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing industry is required.
• Proven, hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
