Accounts Receivable professional

Our client, a well-established company in Industry, CA, is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting department. What Youll Do:

Process accounts receivable and incoming payments accurately and on time
Perform daily financial transactionsverify, classify, compute, post, and record AR data
Prepare timely and accurate bank deposits
Reconcile AR ledger and resolve discrepancies
Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and billing issues
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies
Provide general support to the accounting team as needed

What Were Looking For:

12+ years of recent AR or general accounting experience
Experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce is a big plus
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage financial records and calculations accurately
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong communication and customer service skills
Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
