Tax Manager

A dynamic CPA firm in Southern California is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team. This company is based outside of Del Mar but the role is fully remote. In this role, you would be responsible for leading a team of Tax Accountants, ensuring accuracy in all tax preparation activities.

Location: Remote but must be located in CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Lead point of contact for small to mid-size business clients
• Perform final review of corporate tax returns, maintaining quality control and accuracy of deliverables
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted tax advisory services
• Assist with tax planning and compliance strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or EA license preferred
• 6+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience with leading a team
