Accounting Manager

We are working with a well-established company, a leader in the Manufacturing space with over 50 years of success in Orange County. They are looking to add a strategic, detail-oriented Accounting Manager with an active CPA looking to make an impact within a dynamic organization. 

Desired Skills:

• CPA certification with a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, complemented by a strong background in formulating and executing financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.

• Proficiency in managing regulatory compliance and preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP and delivering insights to senior leadership.

• Expertise in overseeing core accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and maintaining the general ledger.

• Solid background in facilitating both internal and external audits, along with coordinating tax planning activities and ensuring R&D tax credit compliance with external accounting partners.

• Strong analytical skills for conducting financial evaluations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, assessing trends, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
