Salary: $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience

Position Overview

Luxe Brands ( is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will play a critical part in driving financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and optimizing business performance across our growing retail and corporate operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, with a preference for backgrounds in retail or consumer-facing industries.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business decision-making.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Collaborate with business leaders to analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Support budgeting and planning processes, including variance analysis and scenario modeling.

Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and reporting materials.

Support ad hoc financial analysis requests to evaluate business initiatives and opportunities.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.

Review and update the company's financial process guide.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles.

Experience in retail or consumer goods industries preferred but not required.

Advanced to Expert level in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.

Experience with ERP systems or Quickbooks Online and financial reporting tools is a plus.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
