Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking a Controller to join their Accounting Department!

The Controller will have experience in the following.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Lead the month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate results

Prepare and maintain internal and external financial reports

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of the general ledger

Coordinate multi-state sales tax compliance and filings

Support audit activities and contribute to ongoing audit readiness initiatives

Requirements:

Background in distribution, inventory, or manufacturing environments is required

Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is required
