The Biologicals and Chemicals Division (BCD) is a ~$1.5B business within the BioProduction Group, supporting our BioPharma partners in the manufacturing of life-changing and life-saving biologics (Oncology, Autoimmune, Vaccines, Blood Disorders, Rare Diseases, etc.) through our GIBCO product offerings.
Seeking a director who will support the Cell Culture & Cell Therapy (CCCT) business providing Financial leadership. This role will lead a CCCT Finance team responsible for driving the performance of the business while supporting the development and execution of the long-term strategy.
What you will do:
- Partner with the Business leadership teams in setting and delivering annual, long-range, and quarterly business plans to meet key operating and financial goals.
- Act as a strategic thought partner, driving growth and value creation by identifying complex financial and business risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrate outstanding financial control by successfully leading and forecasting revenue, profitability and capital spend.
- Own the core operating mechanisms, such as the AOP, QBR/MBRs, and forecasts, in collaboration with the leadership team and business unit counterparts.
- Develop and lead analytical methods to provide exploratory and explanatory business insights.
- Lead, hire, and develop the finance team!

Job Requirements:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting, or equivalent experience. An MBA is preferred!
- 10+ years of finance experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Cognos reporting tool (or equivalent), PowerPoint, PowerBI.
- Travel, up to 15%.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $160,100.00$213,400.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
