Insight Global is proud to partner with a premier leader in the casino entertainment industry in the search for a Director of Finance to join their executive team onsite in the Wichita area. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role where youll shape financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a strategic financial partner to the General Manager and department leaders.

- Analyze financial results and collaborate with property leadership to enhance performance.

- Provide financial insights to guide operational decisions and improve profitability.

- Oversee the propertys Finance and Cage departments, with indirect oversight of the Count Team and -Receiving/Warehousing.

- Analyze reports from the FP&A Center of Excellence and drive implementation.

- Partner with operations to review and validate financial forecasts.

- Present financial results and forecasts to executive leadership alongside the GM and property leadership.

- Lead the development of operating and capital budgets.

- Manage property cash flow and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.

- Address internal and gaming regulatory audit findings and update processes accordingly.

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and team development.

- Build strong cross-functional relationships to align financial goals.

- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and safety in all financial operations.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $120,000 $140,000 annually

(Exact compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and education)

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 5-10+ years in a finance leadership role.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the casino industry.

- Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.

- Strong leadership presence with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

- Collaborative, team-oriented, and professional demeanor.

- Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications. null
