Our company includes more than 120 family-owned and operated stores. As the Accounting Coordinator you are a part of this family and critical to our success.

What your day will look like:

1. AP Invoice processing

1. Data entry in Coupa online AP system. This includes keying pertinent invoice data and submitting for approvals.

2. Accounts Receivable Reconciliation

1. Review open receivable balances and ensure proper support images exists.

2. Pull historical support if needed.

3. Year End Bad Debt Tax Preparation

1. Review documentation received from stores, ensure all supporting invoices have been provided.

2. Follow up with stores for missing reports and/or missing support.

4. Coupa Pending Receipts

1. Review why receipt exists and work to resolve.

2. Follow up with owner to ensure receipt.
