Fund Accountant

A Massachusetts-based private equity real estate investment firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join its dynamic and fast-paced team. With a 30+ year track record and a $4.9B historical portfolio spanning multiple asset classes, industries, and geographies across the U.S., the firm is known for its innovative and contrarian investment strategies. This is a full-time, onsite position reporting directly to the Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field of study 
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in real estate or public accounting
• Exposure to fund reporting and private equity or partnership structures
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
