About the Role
As a Grant Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing grant-related financial operations. Your work will involve supporting compliance efforts, overseeing budgets, and working with internal teams to maintain seamless grant administration. You’ll collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and ensure accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end close processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis.
Manage grant budgets, track spending, and ensure compliance with grant terms.
Prepare audit schedules, address variances, and collaborate with auditors.
Work with grant stakeholders to align payment expectations and manage financial contracts.
Qualifications
5-7 years of accounting experience, including audits and financial close processes.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with healthcare or grant accounting is a plus, but not required.

Competitive salary up to $100k (based on experience).
