As the Federal Reporting Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of the Cost Allocation and Coding Section. You will:
- Manage the preparation of ODM's Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plan
- Manage the preparation and submission of the administrative reporting on the CMS 64/21
- Manage ODM's chart of accounts
- Manage the preparation and submission of additional federal and state financial reports (i.e., SEFA, GAAP, FFATA)
- Manage grants and fund reconciliation processes
- Provide consultation and advice on state and federal regulation regarding Administrative Federal Reporting and the agency's Cost Allocation Plan
The preferred candidate will have a proven record of applying a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems, collaborating across divisions and agencies, and providing accurate guidance on state and federal regulation.

- Or completion of undergraduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 42 mos. exp. or 42 mos. trg. in financial administration.
- Or completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in financial administration.
- Or 12 mos. exp. as Financial Program Manager, 66585.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above. NOTE: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
