Were looking for a dependable Billing Clerk to join our accounting team and support the backbone of our operations.

Position Summary:
The Billing Clerk will handle a range of financial and administrative tasks, including generating client invoices, reconciling accounts, processing payments, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Youll collaborate with both our accounting and operations teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices
• Review delivery records to ensure billing accuracy
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring timely payment processing
• Assist in posting payments, reconciling accounts, and managing AR reports.
• Resolve client billing inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Perform general accounting support

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) a plus
