Accounting Coordinator part-time on call (PTOC)Compensation: $25 - $32 hourly ratePosition Length: Anticipated average of 20 hours per week for 90 days (potential to be extended if needed)Job Description:The Accounting Coordinator will assist in locating documentation associated with charges incurred, perform basic mathematical excel calculations, data entry, and data mapping exercises. Assist in compiling supporting documentation for invoice packages (record labeling PDF files, etc.).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*Positive identification of source transaction details (locating/compiling receipts from systems and share folders)*Labeling receipts to go into billing packages*Data entry and journal entry*Support billers in an administrative capacity*Performs other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required.Minimum Qualifications:*High School Diploma*1-3 years minimum work experience*Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting application systems*High attention to detailMission Essential considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
