This position safeguards Intermountain Healthcare assets through monthly accounting operations and internal controls, and ensures accurate and compliant financial reporting. Initial duties are performed under close supervision; thereafter, routine tasks are completed with general review. Non-routine tasks are closely supervised. **This is a 100% remote position** **however, currently we are unable to consider candidates for remote opportunities in the following states: California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut and Washington.** + Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, including as balance sheets, income statement and according to the monthly close schedule. + Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. + Provides financial support for forecasting, and analyzing variations from budget. + Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards. + Performs other duties as assigned.
