Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a leading company in the oil and gas industry, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary position. If you have a strong background in AP/AR and QuickBooks Online, and can handle high-volume invoice processing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable: Manage AP processes efficiently.
• Payments: Make payments accurately.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients over the phone professionally.
• Invoice Processing: Handle the processing of approximately 400 invoices per month using QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist; experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and immediate requests efficiently.
