We are a small botique accounting firm with a large reach, serving clients with operations in a majority of the 50 states, Australia, India, Mexico, and the US Virgin Islands.The firm has chosen to focus on pro-active strategic tax, planning, and compliance encompassing all facets of organizational structuring, transaction design and development, tax research, audit defense as needed, retirement, gift and estate planning, and business analytics and operations consulting.  The firm does not provide any financial attest services, and provides limitied bookkeeping services that support the strategic tax services.  The firm currently serves more than 350 family business groups representing more than 1150 tax returns including individuals, partnerships, corporations (both C and S), retirement plans, and non-profits.
