Back To Results Client Accounting Services / Write-up Bookkeeper Job Description Client Accounting Services / Write-Up / Bookkeeper - Top Public Accounting Firm - Perimeter Well Established and growing CPA firm in Atlanta, GA is seeking a staff accountant with 5 plus years of experience with bookkeeping/accounting using QuickBooks in a client services or accounting firm environment. The candidate must be knowledgeable of all aspects of bookkeeping including AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll and related tax compliance, and sales tax. Experience with bookkeeping in multiple industries is preferred. Inventory experience is a plus. Job Responsibilities AP/AR processing and General Ledger Bank reconciliations Payroll processing (including monthly/quarterly and annual reporting) Monthly/quarterly review of client financials Clean-up of new clients' QuickBooks file Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge and experience with accounting best practices (able to pass a bookkeeping assessment and a QuickBooks consulting assessment to be considered for this position) Two or four year accounting degree preferred Five years of recent bookkeeping and payroll experience using QuickBooks Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor designation a plus Must have own transportation as some client assignments may be at customer location in the greater Triangle area Job Type: Full-time Salary: $41,600.00 to $47,000.00 /year Experience: QuickBooks (desktop version): 5 years (Required) QuickBooks (online version): 2 years (Required) bookkeeping for businesses in multiple industries: 5 years (Required) Inventory Management (using QuickBooks): 2 years (Preferred) Click here to apply online Share This Position Details Location Duluth GA Date Posted 10/30/2018 Apply Processing...
