We're looking for a positive, detaildriven person to handle general accounting tasks and process weekly payroll for 80-100 employees. Projects will require accurate and timely certified payroll reporting. Sage 300 software experience preferred. What You'll Do Process payroll and keep employee records up to date Track invoices, payments, and expenses Keep accurate records for apprentice program Maintain enrollment activities for all employee benefits Update payrate and tax information Support general accounting duties What We're Looking For Experience in payroll processing and basic accounting Work closely with our team to keep operations running smoothly Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently Comfort with accounting software and spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and accuracy Education, Experience and Licenses Associate's degree in accounting or finance, Bachelor's degree is preferred Prior experience working with real estate development, property management and/or construction companies preferred Valid driver's license with no restrictions required Pay rate depending on education and experience Company DescriptionCentral NY based Electrical ContractorCompany DescriptionCentral NY based Electrical Contractor
