We are assisting a well-established, growing organization in the construction industry with a contract-to-hire Accounts Receivable Coordinator opening in Sharonville, OH. This role supports accounting and operations teams by ensuring project billing accuracy, contract compliance, and clear visibility into receivables and cash flow. Responsibilities: Process monthly billings accurately and on schedule Partner with project teams to manage expectations and resolve billing or compliance issues Track and manage receivable status within the ERP system for visibility into billing and collections Collect and manage lien waivers from suppliers and support AR, AP, and operations teams with compliance needs Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies and requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives related to billing, compliance, and process efficiency Assist operations teams as needed while maintaining a strong customer experience Qualifications: At least 3 years of accounts receivable experince Previous experience working in accounting in a project based organization Comfortable with pivot tables and vlookups in Excel Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and sense of urgency Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization Ability to remain positive and professional under pressure Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
