YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As the Corporate Accountant, you will support enterprise-wide financial operations through financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis. This role offers broad exposure to corporate finance, shared services functions, capital investments, and executive decision-making while providing opportunities to drive process improvements across the organization.

Your Work Will

Improve financial performance and decision-making by delivering accurate reporting, actionable financial insights, and efficient accounting processes that support Greenheck's continued growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

  • Lead monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial statement accuracy

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate shared service functions

  • Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve business performance

  • Manage capital expenditure reporting, project tracking, and post-audit analysis

  • Administer capital planning systems, dashboards, and financial reporting tools

  • Support cash management, bank reconciliations, and allocation processes

  • Identify and implement accounting process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Maintain internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance

  • Support annual audit activities and external auditor requests

  • Mentor new team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience

  • 02 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or financial analysis required

  • 24 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or corporate finance preferred

Systems and Software
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Financial reporting and budgeting systems

Proven Experience In
  • Corporate accounting and financial reporting

  • Account reconciliations and general ledger management

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Financial data analysis and business insights

  • Internal controls, compliance, and audit support

  • Process improvement and operational efficiency

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

Preferred Certifications

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

The starting base pay range for this position is $69,581-$85,953 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
