Off-site bookkeeper needed

Bookkeeper wanted for a mature, personally owned STR real estate business, retail store and other, miscellaneous assistance. We've been in business for 34 years and during this time, we need someone to take over bookkeeping for the building's HOA, the Gallery (payroll, payroll tax filings, manage bill pays, etc.) the 7 unit STR business as well as other administrative responsibilities such as Workman's Comp Audits, calling vendors, doing payroll (4-5 person every two weeks) etc., etc. Total workload is about 15 hours/week but will decrease as the gallery transitions at the end of the year. $25-30/hr to start, raise after 90 days. QB Online and desktop experience required. You can work from wherever you are, but we'd like to have you come to Telluride for orientation.
