Corporate Controller

Location: New York City

Salary: $130,000 $140,000

We are partnering with a fast-growing, NYC-based hospitality group operating multiple restaurant concepts, a central kitchen, and additional business lines. The organization is expanding and building out its internal infrastructure, creating an opportunity for a strong, hands-on accounting leader to make a real impact.

This is a hands-on Corporate Controller position not a high-level, strategic-only role.

We are looking for someone who is actively involved in the day-to-day accounting, including owning the monthly close, managing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.

This role will play a key part in helping build structure, improve processes, and support a growing, operationally complex business.

• Own and execute monthly close (hands-on)
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage multi-entity accounting and consolidations
• Oversee financial reporting across business units
• Monitor cash flow and support forecasting
• Oversee payroll, AP/AR, and inventory accounting
• Analyze cost performance and unit-level P&Ls
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Partner with internal teams to build structure and efficiency

• Strong hands-on accounting experience (currently in the details)
• Experience owning monthly close end-to-end
• Multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience
• Background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, food, or similar industries
• Experience with inventory, cost accounting, and operational P&Ls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin (does not need to be fluent)

• CPA
• Experience with lender or investor reporting
• Experience in a scaling or high-growth company
• Exposure to central kitchen or multi-revenue stream operations
