- Manage billing, revenue, and accounts receivable activities for an assigned customer portfolio
- Review finalized sales agreements for accuracy and ensure proper setup for invoicing and revenue recognition
- Validate and issue customer invoices, ensuring alignment with contracts and purchase documentation
- Monitor recorded revenue for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Apply payments, credits, and refunds; maintain accurate customer account balances
- Support customer requests related to billing adjustments, credits, contract changes, and cancellations
- Partner cross-functionally (sales, support, operations) to resolve billing and account matters
- Track receivables performance and provide reporting on aging, collections, and revenue metrics
- Perform month-end AR tasks including reconciliations, ledger reviews, and collectability assessments
- Prepare manual invoices or journal entries as needed
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Support process improvements and assist junior team members when required
About You
- Post-secondary education in business, accounting, or related field
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail and accountability for accuracy
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (lookups, conditional formulas, etc.)
- Comfortable with common business systems and collaboration tools
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in professional growth within accounting/finance; designation progress is an asset
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or billing systems is an asset
