PT Bookkeeper, responsible for the books and records of the Company. QuickBooks is used by the Company as its principal financial database/application.
Preparing financial statements, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll processing, preparing quarterly tax filings, performing month end, quarter end closings, tracking fixed assets, preparing depreciation schedules, preparing the trial balance, posting journal entries, inventory accounts, sales reports to government entities, commissions, updating daily excel sheets and cash forecast, invoice orders and service contracts, reconcile pre-paids, ensure taxes are invoiced if needed, pay month sales and use tax, reporting of sales to state and federal entities as required, administer expenses, print checks for invoices due, track employee time (sick, vacation, etc.) prepare excel worksheets, insurances, positive pay, coordinate and execute payroll and business plan projections. Assist with other business matters as necessary
