Director, Credit Risk Strategy & Analytics - Hybrid (Oakland)

Earnest is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of credit strategies for personal and student loans. In this role, you will analyze lending products and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes and take charge of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 7+ years of experience in credit strategy development, including analytical modeling and risk management. This position permits telecommuting up to five days a week, although candidates should reside in the Oakland, California area.
