The Lead II Business Analyst is responsible for leveraging analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and solve complex business problems. This role involves collaborating closely with customers to define enterprise goals and objectives, serving as the primary point of contact for the team with the customer, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business and strategic needs. The Lead II will contribute significantly to sprint planning and estimation, manage requirements engineering processes, and drive solution evaluation and implementation. This position requires a strong understanding of Business Analysis knowledge areas and techniques, excellent communication and interaction skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across functions and geographies.
