Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualifications / What We're Looking For
Minimum of 15 years' experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
Proven leadership in financial planning, risk management, and compliance
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
