Temporary Accounts Payable Analyst Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite - near 75205) Industry: Property & Resort Management Overview: A property and resort management company in Dallas is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. This is an immediate and on-going need for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can support vendor maintenance and invoice processing in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform vendor setup, updates, and maintenance in the accounting system. Manage and organize scanning and routing of invoices for processing. Assist with reviewing invoice coding, approvals, and payment batches as needed. Ensure accuracy of vendor information, compliance with company policies, and proper recordkeeping. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or vendor inquiries. Support the Accounts Payable team with ad hoc tasks and special projects. Qualifications: 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or hospitality. Proficiency with Great Plains or Sage Intacct highly desired. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
