Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Fairbanks, AK Pay: $23.00/hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits: Generous benefits package offered TDL Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join a professional Fairbanks office. This role plays an important part in keeping financial operations running smoothly by ensuring invoices are processed accurately and vendors are paid on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and takes pride in staying organized. The right candidate is reliable, communicates well, and can manage multiple priorities in a steady, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Process and code vendor invoices for timely payment Review invoices for accuracy and route for approval Maintain organized electronic records and documentation Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies as needed Support check runs, ACH processing, and monthly reporting Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent Associate degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience At least one year of accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position Support a drug free work environment Interested ?
