Salary: $67,880 to $172,950 depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Position Overview: This role offers the opportunity to become a valued business advisor by serving middle-market clients across a focused industry segment, gaining technical audit experience, developing client relationships, and advancing your career with extensive learning and mentoring support. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients year-round to gather information, complete testing, and address inquiries. Plan, supervise, and execute audit engagement activities from start to finish. Perform and review substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements. Assess internal controls, identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement. Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners regarding findings and business recommendations. Receive on-the-job coaching and participate in firmwide learning programs. Build strong internal and external relationships through networking and collaboration. Support the development of junior team members through coaching and mentoring. Participate in firm events and activities supporting work-life balance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree with required CPA-eligible coursework. CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA completion. Minimum 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm. Strong time-management, communication, and interpersonal relationship-building skills. Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and project-management abilities.
