Job Description:
Accounting Policy / Compliance
Assist in documentation and testing of internal controls over financialreporting and other processes at Headquarters
Perform and document annual goodwill and intangible asset impairmentassessments
Provide support surrounding the Company's Finance Manual accountingpolicies/procedures, including process
documentation and other SOX compliance projects
- Identify, research and document the Company's position and conclusionsaround accounting standards
Reporting
- Assist with various internal and external reporting requirements including:
o SEC reporting process and compliance on Forms 10-K (including Annual Report),10-Q, 8-K and all related
disclosures, including iXBRL reviews
o Prepare and review certain key financial statements including the consolidatedcash flow and equity statements
o Assist with the preparation of earnings release, related management scriptsand other press releases, as needed
o Company-wide statutory reporting process
o Monthly, quarterly and annual analysis and reporting of key financialstatement accounts and operational results
Other
- Other support and special projects which may include, but are not limited to:
o Financial system-related projects related to version updates, development andtesting of reports, monthly close
processes, and system documentation updates
o Completion of governmental surveys
o General support of other HQ departments including Financial Planning &Analysis, etc.
o AI integration into reporting processes
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Accounting; Master's degree in accounting preferred
- CPA preferred (in process also considered)
- 2-4+ years of experience in public accounting or a combination of publicaccounting and manufacturing industry
experience. Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience in researchingand documenting technical accounting
issues
- Ability to research and conclude on accounting matters
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, macros, etc. a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work and interact with localmanagement teams throughout the world, as
well as internal and external auditors
- Organized, solution-oriented, strict attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of business processes and efficiencies, including the ability toidentify and implement process improvements
