LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Technology Services company to fill an Accounts Payable Manager role in New York, NY. This temp-to-hire position is onsite and offers the opportunity to oversee and scale a growing AP function. We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in accounts payable operations, AP automation tools, and process improvement within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle AP and disbursements (ACH, wires, checks)
Manage AP automation systems (invoice processing, approvals, coding workflows)
Lead and develop the AP team; ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of all processes
Own internal controls, KPIs, compliance, and support audits
Manage vendor lifecycle (onboarding, data maintenance, issue resolution) and cross-functional coordination
Support month-end close, expense reporting, reconciliations, and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Prior experience in a management or supervisory role
Experience with AP automation tools and a strong process improvement mindset
NetSuite experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs; financial modeling a plus)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with vendors and senior leadership
$45-55/hr
Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
