We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and play a key part in ensuring accuracy across our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for key fluctuations
Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and internal reports
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within accounting workflows
What We???re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2-5 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (ERP experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $26.00 to $36.00 per hour
