Lead Finance for a Premier Destination Resort
Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a strategic, hands-on Controller to lead financial operations for one of Texas' most dynamic, multi-revenue luxury resorts. This is not a back-office role-you'll be a key business partner influencing performance across rooms, F&B, golf, marina, spa, and more.

What You'll Do
\n
- Lead all accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, payroll, income audit, and purchasing\n
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and a clean month-end close\n
- Partner with department leaders to drive profitability and performance\n
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis\n
- Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance\n
- Oversee audits, cash flow, and multi-entity financial activity\n
- Build and develop a high-performing accounting team\n
- Drive process improvements across systems and workflows\n
What We're Looking For
\n
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership\n
- Strong hospitality or resort financial expertise (multi-revenue environments required)\n
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls\n
- Proven ability to influence operations and partner across departments\n
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills\n
Preferred:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n
- Experience with hospitality systems (M3, Opera, etc.)\n

Compensation & Benefits

- $105,000 - $125,000 base salary\n
