Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Represent the finance organization as a core team member on cross-functional Global Product Development projects.
  • Develop business case models to analyze new product investment decisions, drive decision-making within the project core teams, and inform the executive approval team.
  • Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand, and monitor the organization's key performance indicators related to brand sales.
  • Support brand leadership team in modeling and analyzing national promotion events for our brands to help understand mix, lift and profitability.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making by identifying and analyzing key business trends, market segments, and key customers.
  • Proactively assist in developing projects to identify opportunities for cost savings / profit enhancement and efficiency improvement throughout the organization.
  • Create and provide ad hoc reporting for cross-functional groups and varying organizational levels to evaluate business trends and opportunities in support of various modeling assumptions.
  • Seek ways to improve standard reporting as requested or required with a view toward driving action.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4 + years relevant work experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of building the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows from bottom up
  • CPA and/or MBA, a plus
