Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant - SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting in the greater Boston, MA area for a hybrid role.
Summary:A high-growth, publicly traded technology company at the forefront of the semiconductor and AI space is looking to add a Senior Accountant to its expanding finance team. This is a newly created role offering strong exposure to SEC reporting, technical accounting, and cross-functional finance initiatives.

Key Tasks:
- Support preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), disclosures, and footnotes
- Perform tie-outs, disclosure checklists, and reporting quality controls
- Assist with XBRL and external reporting processes
- Research technical accounting issues and draft memos
- Support accounting for areas such as revenue recognition, equity, and other complex transactions
- Contribute to SOX compliance and audit support
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Accounting teams
- Help drive process improvements across reporting and close cycles

- CPA or CPA track strongly preferred
